Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Holosview (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Holosview AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

2. Early Access Program

Holosview is currently offered as an early access product. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time. Early access participation does not guarantee access to future versions or pricing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share access with unauthorized users.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Holosview to:

• Capture, structure, and govern organizational decisions, risks, and actions.
• Use AI-assisted features for extraction, synthesis, and analysis within your workspace.
• Collaborate within your authorized organization on governed work.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to circumvent authentication, authorization, or security controls.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access without written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, index, or extract data from the Service.

6. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you enter into Holosview. By using the Service, you grant Holosview AI LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond service delivery as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. AI-Generated Content

Holosview uses AI models to assist with extraction, summarization, and analysis. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before relying on it for organizational decisions. Holosview AI LLC does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated outputs for any specific purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The Holosview platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and the Clarity Index™ methodology, are the exclusive property of Holosview AI LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as expressly permitted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. During early access, features are subject to change without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Holosview AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Holosview AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to Terms and Contact

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify early access users of material changes.
