Shannon Bird, MBA, is an enterprise strategy and transformation advisor with over 15 years of experience helping organizations navigate AI adoption, operating model change, and decision governance at scale.
Holosview is built from that experience — not as a theoretical product, but as the tool that should have existed in every engagement. The patterns behind the platform emerged from real consulting engagements where decisions evaporated, actions drifted from strategy, and governance was reconstructed after the fact.
