We collect the following categories of information when you use Holosview:

• Account information via Google OAuth: your email address and display name.
• Workspace content you enter: decisions, risks, actions, notes, source documents, and related metadata.
• Usage data: session activity, feature usage patterns, and interaction timestamps.
• AI interaction data: prompts and content submitted to Holos AI for processing.

2. How We Store Your Data

• Your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, US region.
• All workspace data is scoped to your authenticated account only.
• No data is shared between users or organizations.
• Your data is never sold to third parties under any circumstances.

3. AI Processing

• Some content is processed by OpenAI GPT-4o via server-side Firebase Cloud Functions.
• Prompts are sent server-side only — your browser does not communicate directly with OpenAI.
• OpenAI's data processing terms apply to features that use AI processing.
• We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit written consent.

4. Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Export all your data: Settings → Data & Backup.
• Delete your workspace: Settings → Data & Backup.
• Request account deletion: email shannon.bird@holosview.ai. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.

5. Cookies and Tracking

• We do not use advertising cookies.
• We do not use third-party tracking or analytics services.
• Firebase uses essential session cookies for authentication only.
• No data is sold to advertisers or data brokers.
